Jerry Seinfeld sued by 'Sneaky Chef'...again
Apparently, she didn't take kindly to being called a "whacko" celebrity stalker or a "nut job" by the comedian, reports the New York Daily News.
The suit, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, charges Seinfeld with slandering her as an "angry and hysterical" woman.
This would be the second legal outing for the pair. Previously, Lapine sued Seinfeld and his wife, Jessica Seinfeld, for stealing her ideas for the cookbook, Deceptively Delicious.
Both Lapine and Seinfeld's cookbooks contained recipes that snuck in healthy ingredients into meals for families who weren't down with eating their veggies, etc.
A Manhattan judge dismissed Lapine's infringement claims saying the idea cannot be copyrighted.
Will suit #2 be Lapine's big payday?
