Heather McComb gets $7,750 a month from ex James Van Der Beek

James Van Der Beek will have to pay his ex-wife Heather McComb a whopping $7,750 a month in spousal support.

But only until 2012. Court docs show the former "Dawson's Creek" star earns $35,000 per month compared to McComb's $1,750, the Daily News reports.

Van Der Beek, 33, who stars on NBC's hospital series "Mercy." will keep the couple's North Hollywood home and all bank accounts in his name. He also gets to keep all residual income from the rights to his screenplays and from past and future projects.

The two were married in 2003 before announcing their "amicable" split in early 2009. Wonder how amicable things are now.
