Demi Lovato IS dating Joe Jonas. So what was Camilla Belle?
Sometimes real life is like a Disney movie. Especially if you're a Disney star.Demi Lovato has finally confirmed what we all have long suspected: She is dating Joe Jonas.
Here's how it got out: "Access Hollywood's" Billy Bush asked Lovato if she'd ever dated a Jonas brother on his radio show, "The Billy Bush Show."
"Umm, maybe," she fessed.
"Which one? Joe?" asked Bush, to which Lovato said, "Yeah. He's actually... he's my best friend."
"So you guys went from boyfriend-girlfriend to best friends?"
"No, kind of the opposite," she replied
"Oh? So you're dating him now?" asked Bush.
"Umm, yeah, he is my best friend and he is incredible," Lovato finally confessed. She and Joe met on the set of their Disney Channel movie "Camp Rock," and she toured with the Jo Bros in 2008.
The Dish Rag wonders if this friends-to-lovers transition happened before, during or after Joe's official split from actress Camilla Belle. Which, by the way, we were totally in favor of. They looked way too much like brother and sister. It was creepy.
Lovato also described Joe as a "complete gentleman," who "treats me to the most amazing places," adding, "He's perfect."
Hah. Taylor Swift could not agree less.
