'Dancing with the Stars' snags Kate Gosselin for new season?
Reality TV supermom Kate Gosselin may be a contestant on "Dancing With The Stars."
The official line-up will be formally announced Monday (March 1) during the finale of ABC's "The Bachelor."
But Radaronline is reporting that Kate's on the list. And she'll do most of her practicing near her Pennsylvania home to stay close to the kids.
Reportedly, the show is willing to accommodate her family needs because they believe she's a big viewer draw. Now that her husband has self-destructed and cost the family a fortune by shutting down "Jon & Kate Plus 8," then suing TLC, she's gotta be the sole breadwinner.
"Kate's the kind of woman who will do whatever is necessary for her children," one source says. "It's great for her to be on the show, but she did it ONLY in a way that benefits her family."
It will benefit her TV career too. And think of the great shape she'll get in from all the dancing. Eat your heart out, Jon.
The new season starts Monday, Mar. 22. Will you be rooting for Kate?

Ugh. She is about the last person who I wanted on this show. I'm hoping for a real early departure for her.

Her family is the last thing she cares about. Jon is a jerk and a horrible person, but she's not much better. She was a horrble wife and the whole show was a big money grab for her. While I doubt that Jons motives were genuine, his canceling the show was the best decision made for the family, it should have been done years ago.
This is a great idea for Kate, and should be hilarious to watch. Hope she lasts at least a couple of rounds. Kate can spend more time with the kids with this job than with working as a nurse, and make a lot more money to pay the bills. It will also help her get over the nasty divorce and move on. I think she may suprise us, and make us laugh. Maybe Jon can do his share of the babysitting and grow up.
I most likely won't be watching, as Kate Gosselin makes me want to barf! With a tummy tuck, boob job, a new lumineers smile and lots of botox, she is a CLOWN. If I do watch, I will be rooting for Niecy Nash. What a cutie, and she does not take herself seriously.
Why doesn't she let go of her 5 minutes of fame and focus on her family? Seriously, I'm tired of hearing about her.
