RadarOnline.com has reportedly confirmed that a woman who slept with both Charlie and wife Brooke Mueller -- at the same time -- will reveal intimate details of their menage a trois relationship.
Both Charlie and Brooke are currently in rehab. But not together. Brooke is doing her crack and booze rehab in her home with trained rehabbers, a nurse, nanny and the like, after she bailed out of two rehabs in the past few weeks.
