'Brady Bunch' feud still brewing: Reunion cancelled
Marcia and Jan Brady are still battling. Someone call their peacemaker parents, Carol and Michael!
The feud between "Brady Bunch" stars Maureen McCormick and Eve Plumb allegedly caused the cancellation of a "Brady" reunion spot on a top TV morning show this week.
Maybe they should all watch their "It's Time to Change" clip above. What's the reason for the rancor?
According to Radaronline, all the "Brady" actors who played the kids were skedded to appear. But when Maureen and Eve found out they were going to be on the same show (Hello, that's why they call it a reunion?), they were not happy.
"Everyone tells a slightly different story of what happened," the source said. "But the bottom line is that they didn't want to be on the same show and the appearance was canceled because of it.
Eve has reportedly been furious at Maureen since Maureen's book implied that there was a lesbian relationship, when, she says, there wasn't. That wasn't the only thing her book revealed: cocaine, sex with her TV brother, Michael Jackson, trading sex for drugs
"But really the problems between them go back decades," said the Radaronline source "They've never liked each other."
Don't expect a "Brady Bunch" reunion in this lifetime.
I guess we can live without it. Can you?

I can live without it. It was fun to see them get together once, but now they are doing and saying ridiculous things which people at their age shouldn't be doing just to remain in the public eye.
It's very sad that two grown women can't act like adults and forgive-and-forget. Like Mo says, they were BEST friends at one time. While Mo may have made an ill-timed joke, Eve needs to get past it, already. This show is all of the cast's biggest claim to fame, and a beloved series for generations.
This petty feud has deprived fans of enjoying reunions with the actors we grew up with, and (whether she admits it or not) it has to be eating away at the heart and soul of both Eve and Maureen.
Florence, maybe you can intervene? I'm sure if Robert were still alive, he'd have ended this nonsense long ago. It's childish schoolgirl stuff. Please, Eve, don't make this attitude the lasting impression you give your fans. Reach out to Maureen, fix this mess, and live a happy, productive life.
Marc, these folks don't owe us - or each other - a reunion show.
I coulda sworn half of the cast was dead or in limbo.
I'm almost afraid to see what these ladies look like anyway... I think they probably did us a favor.
Eh, Elizabeth? Take it from someone who grew up on the Bradys - no-one called him, "Michael," most of the time everyone (who didn't call him "Dad") called him "Mike."
Personally, I'm so over everything-Brady that I couldn't give a hoot whether the reunion happened or not. The last thing 'Brady' I paid attention to was the movies, which were funny. That was plenty 'Brady' for a lifetime.
Really, people, let the Brady phenomenon live on in reruns, as it should be. It's too bad about the "reality" disasters some of them are doing lately.
Bman, they've aged alright not that it should matter. Besides we don't age very well all the time either ya know. Take it easy on the ladies.
You know what they should have done? Had the reunion with Geri Reischl, who played Jan on THE BRADY BUNCH HOUR, the 1977 variety show that followed the original. Then maybe Eve Plumb would have felt like a real fool.
Who cares, this is what we call a slow news day.
Excellent idea about Geri replacing Jan (eve).
I have always felt like EVE acts as though she has never been thankful for her blessings.
Jan was the worst actor and could not dance or sing anyway. Probably still jeasous since Maureen CAN Sing and Dance.
Watch the video.... Jan can't "feel" the beat where Maureen can move with the music.
