Ann is a riot... i've never had a conservative thought in my head but for some reason i find her irresistable!
Mostly, though, just because i know that everything that comes out of her mouth is going to end up on a Kathy Griffin bit
She's a racist, bigot and yet another shining example of American ignorance. You love her so much you keep her!
Coulter is a conservative coward who takes shelter by claiming the idiotic and bigoted things she says are "jokes" (without humour as per the conservative standard actually, if you think about it, I mean, can you name more than three actually legitimately and intentionally funny conservatives?) to avoid dealing with the ramifications of being a hateful, bile-spewing bigot. Ha ha ha.
Coulter is an ignorant, racist fool and the personification of all things that are lame about America.
oh yeah, jokes, that's the ticket, it was just jokes, yeah uh-huh.
Firstly, regardless of whether you consider her a comedian or not, Coulter's comment about Muslims was clearly bigoted and discriminatory, I would not classify it as Conservative Political Humour but inappropriate discriminatory humour instead. As much as I may not have liked or agreed with her comments, comedians say worse all the time in the name of catching a laugh.
That being said she should never have been told to keep her speech in line by the Provost of the University of Ottawa, which was the real problem in this whole scenario, not students protesting her speech (which is their undeniable right just as freedom of speech is what allows Coulter to spout her propaganda, is an undeniable right). The Provost was stifling Coulter's freedom of speech when he told her to watch what she said when, if he really felt that way he should have been exercising his right and protesting her speech rather than blundering and allowing her this media frenzy that she so obviously adores.
People need humor. Clearly, however, Ann Coulter's humor is not only not needed, but not even wanted. It serves one purpose: to make Anne Coulter money. Congratulations Ann Coulter on greedily serving your self at the expense of others.
wait, wait, what? Is she being serious or ironically postmodern? is she assuming an attitude of naivete to make a sly point about unconscious human values and their acceptable expression in a stable society? Is she very very simple, or incredibly complex?
Ann Coulter is super intelligent and beautiful...a combination you will never find in a liberal woman...EVER. Enuf Said
