'Twilight's' Kristen Stewart makes Vanity Fair It Girls list

Who are the nine hot actresses gracing the cover of Vanity Fair's New Hollywood issue?
Wait. They couldn't find one more to make it a respectable top ten list? C'mon, Vanity Fair. Skooch those girls over and fit one more in.
The lucky ladies are Abbie Cornish, Rebecca Hall, Anna Kendrick, Carey Mulligan, Amanda Seyfried (who stars in "Dear John," premiering tonight in LA), "Twilight" superstar Kristen Stewart, Emma Stone, Mia Wasikowska, and Evan Rachel Wood.
Not a shabby list. Did they leave out any of your favorites? How about Emily Blunt, Mila Kunis, or Dakota Fanning?
Hey, where's Megan Fox? Oh, right, these are actresses.

They look surprisingly like clones of each other with different hair lengths and color. Annie Liebowitz loves to push the controversy envelope, she decided to make them even appear to have the same level of paleness (which they don't have in real life). I guess none of the actresses picked up on her subversive pose. Hey, anything to become super famous right?
where is the diversity????
wow Elizabeth Snead seems to hate M Fox, what did she do to you?
The list is NOT complete without Dakota Fanning. Don't know what they were thinking.
Dakota Fanning would need an entire issue devoted just to her. She's in a class all by herself.
Dakota Fanning, while great, is still only 15 or 16 years old. They don't feature actresses under legal age on the Hollywood issue.
Emily Blunt has already been featured on one of these.
I like this group.
These are all actresses who could end up with Oscars.
What have Mila Kunis and Dakota Fanning done? Dakota was a kid star, she still needs to prove her acting chops as an adult imo. She was only in New Moon for like 30 seconds. And Mila? Really?
I think Emma Stone (the redhead right?) is by far the most talented on the list. She is hilarious and unique. I'd love to see her in more roles.
I've yet to actually see Carey in anything and I have no clue who Mia is. Is Rebecca Hall from that Woody Allen movie with Javier Bardem? Hate Cornish!
Ally,
It appears to have definately been intentional. Click on the link, note the mention of them as dolls who are nobodys playthings:
Annie Leibovitz photographs the nine dolls on V.F.’s cover, as Evgenia Peretz explains why Anna Kendrick, Kristen Stewart, Carey Mulligan, et al. are nobody’s playthings. Plus: Go behind-the-scenes of Annie Leibovitz’s photo shoot.
Mia Wasikowska plays the lead in Alice in Wonderland and Jane Eyre. Emma Stone has nothing of note coming up. I don't know why VF keeps trying to push her as a rising talent.
Clearly Gabourey Sidibe did not fit the porcelain doll theme, but one wishes the VF stylists could have come up with a cover arrangement that included this breakout star. The VF approach to presenting fresh talent is getting stale after 5 odd covers of bored-looking PYTs.
