'Twilight' star Taylor Lautner's early 'Valentine's Day'
The surprise guest at the Los Angeles premiere of the new romantic comedy, "Valentine's Day," wasn't Taylor Swift. It was her costar Taylor Lautner, "Twilight" star and soon-to-be "Max Steel" star, "Stretch Armstrong" star and "Cancun" star.
Both Taylors have minor roles as sweethearts in the film. And yes, there is a kiss. Which is more than we can say for "New Moon!"
But only Lautner showed up for the premiere Monday night, Feb. 8, causing the surprised crowds across the street from Grauman's Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Blvd. to go wild screaming his name.

On the "Valentine's Day" red carpet, security was super-tight and a smiling Taylor posed for photos with the film's cast -- including Anne Hathaway, Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Garner, Julia Roberts, Eric Dane, Jessica Biel, director Garry Marshall.
Then he hugged and greeted a few people until he was swiftly led down the carpet, past the begging press and into the theatre by burly guards and PR honchos.
Lots of disappointed reporters left out in the cold, Taylor.
Sure, you're a big film franchise action star now. But please don't forget the little people.

Glad to see Taylor show up for this premier, even though his part was not that big. Hopefully he will still be able to be the Taylor that we've grown to love-the open, friendly Taylor. But he does have a lot riding on his shoulders right now.
Hello, it's a big cast and he doesn't want to make it seem like it's all about him. He has a very small part in it. The movie starts at a set time and he followed the schedule. Taylor is always happy about doing interviews about his movies. Of all the things to complain about, this is pretty lame.
Hey at least he showed up. The PR people are going to push him along and into the facility anyway, its their job. With these big actors, time is money and it trickles down to everyone.
I can't believe that T. Swift was a no-show for the premiere. What a b***h, just to avoid Taylor Lautner. I used to think she was cool but she's nothing but another stuck on herself, selfish star. Who does she think got her where she is - her fans! And it's just childish to pout instead of showing up for an event.
