'Twilight: Breaking Dawn': Two films look likely, Taylor Lautner's abs in glorious 3-D?
"The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn": 3-D or not 3-D, that is the question.But first, let's get to the issue of whether or not we'll get two "Breaking Dawn" films. Deadline Hollywood claims that we will indeed get a fourth and fifth movie out of the last installment of the popular franchise.
Summit Entertainment has not confirmed this game plan yet, but we wouldn't be surprised if we read "TOLDJA!" soon, supporting Deadline's report.
When we polled Zap2it readers in January, a good chunk of you, approximately 44 percent since last we checked, were down with having "Breaking Dawn" broken in two.
Fans don't seem to be as supportive of the latest "Breaking Dawn" production decision the studio is mulling over: Shooting in 3-D, says THR's Risky Business.
"Avatar" has seen massive success with its addition of the third dimension, and other films that have already shot are now converting their footage to 3-D. Could "Breaking Dawn" be far behind? Once again, Meyer might have something to say about it.

I don't care if Breaking Dawn is 2 films, but DEAR GOD please NO 3-D!!!! I am so sick of this stupid fad!
Not only is it annoying to watch with those overpriced glasses (I got lasik so I wouldn't have to wear glasses), but they just end up putting long, useless scenes into movies so they can show off the 3-D. I want story, not useless graphics! Will totally ruin it for me! UGH!
Then the movie comes out on dvd and you have all these scenes that are so dumb without 3-d and no one is going to sit around their house with 3-d glasses on.

They aren't milking the franchise the last book is just WAY too long to squeeze into one movie. But I do pray PLEASE GOD NO 3-D. I'm sick of 3-D already.
I think it would be a mistake if they did it in 3-D.

I totally agree, the last book has a lot in it.. and 2 breaking dawn movies would be great. But not in 3D! Avatar was better in normal version! I saw both at the cinemas. 3D just makes everything fuzzy and strains ur eyes.

i swear if they make it 3-d i will refuse to watch it every-one will only pay attention to the grafics and wont pay attention to the story line but breaking it into 2 is definatly a must do theres just to much to squeeze into one movie
I love all the books and yeah Breaking Dawn is WAY to long to be put in to one film!!! But for the love of sanity DO NOT put it in 3-D that would take so much away from the story!!!!!
I dont mind breaking dawn split into two films, but please; like everyone on here, not in 3D....
