Toyoto Prius recall: Hollywood revs up in hot new hybrids
With Toyota's popular hybrid -- the Prius -- being recalled worldwide, the car's Hollywood clientele is putting the brakes on.
The beleaguered Toyota Prius has long been the driving darling for eco-conscious celebs such as Cameron Diaz, Tom Hanks, Leonardo DiCaprio, Julia Roberts, David Duchovny, Brad Pitt, Ellen DeGeneres, Harrison Ford, Larry David, Jack Black, Susan Sarandon, Will Ferrell, Woody Harrelson, Jack Nicholson, Donny Osmond and that little old tree-hugger Ed Begley Jr.
Now that Toyota is imploding with various defects, what will the Hollywood eco-smart set drive?

Toyota & Honda dropped the ball on handling the recalls , they should have came forward with a full disclosure. Instead of waiting for a huge media blitz and tons of public pressure. But Toyota & Honda are not alone , I never seen so many car companies having recalls all at the same time. I had no idea my car which is not even a Toyota or Honda, was affected until I searched on http://www.carpedalrecall.com and found I had a bad Anti Lock control unit on my 2008 Pontiac G8 , So be careful
