Report: Charlie Sheen will be charged with felony for Christmas fight with Brooke Mueller

charlie-sheen-brooke-mueller4.jpg"Two and a Half Men" star Charlie Sheen will reportedly be charged with felony menacing for the Christmas morning fight with his wife, Brooke Mueller, at their Aspen home.

Charlie will also be charged with misdemeanor assault, according to TMZ. He's expected to appear on Monday in court for an arraignment.

The judge will hear arguments from lawyers for Brooke and Charlie to relax that protective order.

If we were Brooke, we'd stay in rehab a bit longer and keep the protective order going. 

But that's just us.
