Model Nick Snider gets arrested, makes matters worse

There once was a Prada model named Nick Snider who allegedly had a little too much to drink and created a ruckus, a.k.a. a "disturbance" at a friend's house in Arkansas.

The authorities came and arrested the 21-year-old for these misdemeanors, only to have Nick tell them, "I am a very famous model."

As to the "very famous," he was named the fifth most successful male model in the world back in 2008 by Forbes magazine (behind Taylor Fuchs, Mathias Lauridsen, Matt Gordon and Cole Mohr), so he wasn't completely off-the-mark.

On the way down to the police station, it's said young Nick offered certain sexual favors to the arresting officer if they'd let him go. When that didn't work, he tried the same tactic down at booking.

This got him an additional misdemeanor charge of "attempting to illegally influence a public servant."

Really, that's only a misdemeanor?

Now, Nick is out on a $780 bond and has a court date of Feb. 17, right at the end of Fashion Week.

According to an email he sent his hometown paper of the Orlando Sentinel last month, he has (had?) runway gigs already booked.

Whoops.
