Lisa Rinna apologizes to Heidi Montag for plastic surgery slam

Lisa Rinna took a shot at Heidi Montag's plastic surgery fest this week. Now she's sorry.

She's issued the following apology via her Twitter. 

"I apologize to Miss Montag if my words were taken and used against her in the press. I did not Slam her or her surgeries for the record."

Here's what she originally said: "I mean, you know - to each his own, is all I will say."

"I will tell you I had to take that cover off the magazine before it came in the house," Rinna told Fancast about the People magazine cover/feature on Heidi's drastic makeover. 

"We have two girls. I don't think it is something you want to bring in the house and say, 'Oh, look.'"

Not exactly a slam, but it did seem a bit much considering Lisa's ongoing adventures with Juvederm, Botox, and breast implants. 

It all begins at home, right?
