Lauren Conrad dishes on Heidi Montag's surgery and cheating boyfriends in 'The Hills'

Ex-"Hills" star Lauren Conrad is hitting the publicity trail for her newest book, "Sweet Little Lies," and she's not pulling any punches. What does she have to lose? She no longer answers to MTV for a paycheck now that she's a bestselling author and fashion designer.

Conrad tells Seventeen Magazine about her dating on "The Hills," "I knew back then [that] I was being cheated on... I overlooked it."

Conrad is too classy to name names, but we're not. On the show, she dated former "Laguna Beach" BMOC Jason Wahler, "One Tree Hill" actor and high school crush, Stephen Colletti, and H-wood playa/Kardashian stepbrother, Brody Jenner. Who do you think went creepin' on Conrad?

The 24-year-old says she knows now that it was wrong and that no one deserves to be cheated on.

Then, on ABC's "Good Morning America" she was asked what she thought of her frenemy Heidi Montag's latest renovations. She took a moment and responded: "It's a look... I think it's a personal choice." Like we said, she's classy.
