Johnny Depp preps for paparazzi on 'Accidental Tourist' set
At Saturday's (Feb. 20) Los Angeles press conference for Tim Burton's amazing new film, "Alice in Wonderland," Johnny Depp was asked how the filming for "The Accidental Tourist" -- with Angelina Jolie -- is going."We haven't started yet," he replied.
"When do you start?" pressed the reporter.
"Tuesday, I think," Depp said, sounding unsure, which made the conference crowd chuckle.
Burton, seated next to him, turned to his pal Depp and asked, "How do you think it's going to go?" which no doubt would have been the reporter's next question.
"I think it's going to go just fine," Depp said with a grin, adding, "I think there are going to be a lot of paparazzi," most likely referring to a) his and Angelina's presence and/or b) the pap swarms trailing Angelina, Brad Pitt and their brood, (reported to be on vacation in Venice) around the watery byways the Italian city.
He's a funny guy, that Johnny. But he's right, the star wattage of these two filming a movie together is a sure-fire draw for international paparazzi.

Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie aren't shooting "the accidental tourist" - that was a 1988 movie for which Geena Davis won a best supporting actress oscar. Jolie and Depp are shooting "the tourist" - which has a completely different, spy based plot.

I hope he backs out of the project with the worlds worse actress! We love to see him, she is a trashy farce! And I hope he rejects her publicly if she has any ideas about ruining his family! I think if he does go through with this movie that he will be bitterly sorry because it will be a flop due to Holie Jolie bad acting!

how pathetic your little 5 yr. old sour whining, as if you even really know either celebrity, and as if you know what good and bad acting is; since she has many awards, successful career, a one in a million personal life/family/charities...and you don't.
i love brad and angelina. but somehow, i'm intrigued by how johnny and angelina are going to interact. they're both incredibly HOT.
Johnny depp is a very good actor, any role he plays is very professional. Jolie might have won awards,did she earn them or sleep her way to the top. Jolie is a walking cliché too much of ninja woman, control over the any man in the movie (or out), and least we forget-- the victim roles, a real drama queen (or drag queen- she drags her victim roles). She needs to be more versatile, as Johnny depp. Good work Johnny … Jolie over shadows her co actors. Too hot. Is so surreal. Jolie stop doing clichés and win more awards, with your talent.
