Jackie Collins advocates having sex with 'Twilight' hunk Robert Pattinson

Author Jackie Collins admits that she slept with her favorite movie star, Marlon Brando, when she was just 16. So she can totally understand how "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson's young female fans feel.

Interestingly, Pattinson appears as himself in her new release, "Poor Little Bitch Girl," which is all about the rich and famous, high-priced escorts, corrupt politicians and a celebrity murder. 

"I met him at a party and it was all bets are off because I was a very street smart 16 and what are you going to do when you come face to face with your favorite movie star and you've seen 'The Wild One' 10 times?"

So she can totally understand the way young girls today feel. "Well yes, I think any 16-year-old today who came across Robert Pattinson would do the same thing!"

She tells the Wrap that using Robert Pattinson in her newest release was not just a gratuitous insert. She had her eye on him for a long time. "When I wrote the book he wasn't as big as he is today, but I knew he would be. I just had this feeling." 

Somehow we don't quite buy that. Do you?
