'Heroes'' Adrian Pasdar charged with DUI

Former "Heroes" star Adrian Pasdar is facing charges after a speeding incident in January.

The actor was officiially charged with DUI for an arrest in Los Angeles in which he was pulled over for going 90 mph on the freeway, reports TMZ.

Not only that, but the truck he was driving was straddling more than one lane and officers could smell alcohol. At the time, Pasdar refused to take a breathalyzer test.

He posted $15,000 bail and was released the next morning. He's scheduled to return to court on Feb. 24.

Pasdar, who's married to Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines, was written out of "Heroes" when his character Nathan Petrelli died (again).
