Denise Richards may testify against ex-hubby Charlie Sheen

Will Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Denise Richards, be asked to testify about alleged 2005 violence that mirrors his current wife Brooke Mueller's allegations on Dec. 25, 2009?

Seems the D.A. is interested in a declaration Denise signed when she obtained a restraining order against the "Two and a Half Men" star, according to TMZ.

Richards claimed that on on December 30, 2005,  (oh no, not the Christmas holidays again) she was holding their daughter Lola when Charlie "pushed me, shoving me with his two hands between my shoulders. I was forced backwards and tripped over one of the children's toys and fell on the floor with Lola."

According to the declaration, Charlie screamed, "I hope you f***ing die, bitch." He also allegedly said "he was going to have me killed. He said, 'You are f***ing with the wrong guy.'"

Richards may cooperate, but only if she's forced to do so by subpoena.

That shouldn't be too hard to obtain, should it?
