Charlie Sheen's twins being cared for by Lisa Rinna's nanny

Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller are both in rehab. And no, not in adjoining rooms. They're reportedly in different rehabs.

So who's minding their twin babies, Bob and Max?

Lisa Rinna Tweeted Tuesday (Feb. 23): "the sheen babies r being well taken care of by our beloved nanny that was with us for 6 yrs. she is a god send."

On Tuesday, a rep for Charlie, 44, revealed that the actor had "entered a rehabilitation facility" as a "preventative measure" and that production of his hit CBS comedy "Two and a Half Men" has been "temporarily suspended."

The Dish Rag feels a lot better about the welfare of their boys, Bob and Max, who will turn 1-year-old next month  

After that Christmas day incident when Charlie attacked his wife and threatened to kill her, it's good to know that the babies are safe and sound, surrounded by sober, mature caretakers.

Now if only we could decent nannies for Brooke and Charlie.
