Captain Phil Harris: A 'Deadliest Catch' moment
Before the sixth season of "Deadliest Catch" begins, you can relive a moment with Capt. Phil Harris with this clip.
Discovery Channel's "Deadliest Catch" will return in April with footage of the late captain since shooting began in November 2009 for king crab season.
Currently, Discovery Channel and executive Thom Beers are discussing what sort of tribute to put together for Capt. Phil. No funeral details have been released yet.
Harris suffered a stroke on Friday, Jan. 29 while offloading crab from the Cornelia Marie. He died Tuesday, Feb. 9 at 53.

I HAVE WATCHED THE DEADLIST CATCH SINCE IT STARTED. PHIL HARRIS WAS MY FAVORITE. I WILL MISS HIM. I EVEN HAD A CRUSH ON HIM.

I will remember Captain Phil for the love he had for his sons and his sense of humor. I loved watching him on the show. he was awesome. I miss him.
I am only 17, but i have watched probably a total of 5 seasons and i know everyone loved him. My family and I will miss him dearly and i know Jake and Josh will miss him more. I cant wait to see what tribute Discovery Channel makes for him. R.I.P. good friend :*(
He was a hard working, tough but caring captain. His family and crew always came first. I thoroughly enjoyed watching him on Deadliest Catch and will continue to watch but the show will never be the same. I pray for his family and his crew during this very sad time.
