"Twilight" star Robert Pattinson will reportedly appear on the London segment of George Cooney's "Hope for Haiti" telethon on Friday (Jan. 22).

Word from E!, which will also be airing the telethon on their network, is that Rob will present performances by Jay-Z and Bono.

There's been no official announcement, but a press release is supposed to go out today.

Performers from the US will include Taylor Swift, Alicia Keys, Christina Aguilera, Shakira and Bruce Springsteen.

Other stars helping out and manning the phone banks may include: Jennifer Aniston, Jake Gyllenhaal, Brad Pitt, Anna Kendrick, Sandra Bullock, Zac Efron, Bradley Cooper, Renée Zellweger, Chris Pine, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Colin Farrell, Jon Hamm, Gabby Sidibe and Emily Blunt.

Why do we have a feeling that Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart will be easily recruited as well?

If those three can't get young people to contribute to this worthy cause, no one can.

"Hope for Haiti" will air Friday, Jan. 22 from 8 to 10 P.M. on ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CNN, BET, The CW, HBO, MTV, VH1, E! and CMT.
