Conservative radio star Rush Limbaugh is out of the hospital and will return to his show next week.Limbaugh, who was hospitalized with chest pains on Wednesday (Dec. 30), checked out of Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu on New Year's Day. He said in a press conference that doctors found no evidence of heart disease.
"They found absolutely nothing wrong," he told reporters, according to Politico. "It was a blessing that it happened as it did with no damage whatsoever."
He also used the press conference as a warmup for his return to radio, taking a jab at health-care reform efforts in Washington: "The treatment I received here was the best that the world has to offer," he said."Based on what happened to me here, I don't think there is one thing wrong with the American healthcare system. It is working just fine, just dandy."Limbaugh said he expects to be back on the radio on Wednesday (Jan. 6).

Of course, the hospitals and doctors work. Reform wasn't all about the customer service you receive in the hospital. It's great that Rush has insurance and the money. The problem is, what happens outside the hospital for those who dont have the insurance to pay for it? Not everyone like Rush here has insurance...

Way to go with human kindness and good will toward men. I personally don't wish harm on anyone, big or small, short or tall, democrat or republican, any race, any nationality, any planet..... We are all equal and I wish you all the best.
Bet you can afford your cell phones, your internet obviously, cable, cars, dining out, drinking, smoking... all of course more important than paying for medical care, right??

OH, stop crying , you wimps! You all talk about mean Republicans. Listen to yourselves. Rush is right about health care in this country. I know about it first hand. Boo hoo, eat your hearts out. The voce of truth and rationality is alive and well! Rejoice, rejoice. And when you're left with just the change you have in your pockets, and you have to depend on some corrupt politician to decide how and when and where you get medical treatment, that will keep you happy. I think none of you would ever admit that you made a mistake, but you will be just as miserable as the rest of us if obama care is passed. Hope you all who don't live in Nebraska are happy to pay for that states Medicare programs with your tax dollars because Nelson was bribed big time to sign on to the travesty of a health care bill! He thinks the bill is so good that he sacrificed his principles to get his state out of it.

Some of you people are truly pathetic. Limbaugh says that he wants Obama’s plans to fail and you jump all over him, but you don’t see a problem stating it’s too bad that he survived or he’s a piece of **** or he needs to have a wooden stake in his heart. There a plenty of people in government or in news commentary that I would wish that they take a long vacation somewhere away, but not your views. In many cases I believe that those commenting haven’t even heard more than ten minutes of his show, but what someone else says. I don’t agree with all of his stances, but I know when someone has been listening to drivel.
