Pat Robertson says Haiti's earthquake was caused by their 'pact to the devil'
Pat Robertson -- who blamed 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina on pagans, abortionists, feminists, gays and lesbians -- now blames the Haitian earthquake on Haiti's "pact to the devil" and calls it "a blessing in disguise."
"Something happened a long time ago in Haiti and people might not want to talk about," Robertson said on his 700 Club on Wednesday (Jan. 13).
"They were under the heel of the French, you know, Napoleon the third and whatever. And they got together and swore a pact to the devil. They said 'We will serve you if you will get us free from the prince.' True story. And so the devil said, 'OK, it's a deal.' And they kicked the French out. The Haitians revolted and got something themselves free. But ever since they have been cursed by one thing after another."
Is Robertson talking about Haitian's belief and practice in some forms of voodoo. Or is referring to Haiti's official religion, Roman Catholicism?
What Pat said doesn't sound very Christian to us. But What do you think?

If that is registered in history, and is true, why blame Pat Robertson by saying the truth,
Back in the bible days, they kill prophets and also kill Jesus by saying the truth, so what..We also know what happen,registered in history, when Jews disobey God, there was punishment,either by war,snakes,hunger,diseases,slavery, etc., somebody have to say it, we are going to kick him for saying something that is registered in history?
