Metallica never came forward with the "security" video tape of Morgan trying to re-enter the concert.
Do you know why?
Because they would be liable for separating her from her friends and the safety of their company.
The real culprit here is the same thing we see time and time again; "unsafe atmosphere" "stupid rules by stupid people that put people at risk."
The moral to this sad story is don't get drunk and stupid.
