Mariah Carey's People's Choice Awards speech: A repeat drunken performance?

Mariah Carey has already admitted that her acceptance speech at the Palm Springs International Film Festival awards was heavily influenced by the "splashes of champagne" she had on an empty stomach.Now let's see if she addresses what took place at Wednesday (Jan. 6) night's People Choice Awards.
Husband Nick Cannon had to assist her walk to the stage to accept her award for Favorite R&B artist although that could have been due to a bad wardrobe choice (although she appears able to walk on her own in the other photos from the evening).
Mariah did thank Nick for helping with her dress since "it's a drama," as well as for being her best friend and "many other things I probably shouldn't mention."
Actually, her speech started off strong. She was on message about thanking her supporters saying, "my real fans know that they are my extended family."
It was just when she got distracted that the proceedings go off track. She paused to randomly say, "Hey everybody out there I didn't get to say 'hi' to" and when someone in the audience gave a shout she responded, "You look good too, my friend."
If she keeps this up, Mariah may become the go-to girl for unpredictable award show behavior.

If you think Mariah has no talent, you are an effing moron. She has an EIGHT OCTIVE voice! Now, if you want to complain that she doesn't record good music any longer, I'll agree. Her albums all sound exactly the same lately. I'm tired of the formula.

Mariah was under the influence of something, obviously at the award ceremony. The dress was a terrible choice,too long and too tight. She should focus on retracing her steps, she is trying to reencarnate Marylin Monroe.

Im not the greatest of her fans and yeah she a bit of a dits but if anything the only people who are drunk are the people who made this an issue and the people who "actually" followed like the sheeps you are.

Boy, talk about NASTY - you guys can really dish it.. Poor Mariah - yes, I thought she was high, too, but to say all those NASTY things about her is downright NASTY. And what, people..?? She does have Talent - great voice. They're equating Leona Lewis to her - she wished... Wish Mariah would record a nice song, though. Although, the recent hit I WANNA KNOW WHAT LOVE IS sounds really hot... Hope she's NOT getting high because her marriage to Nick is in trouble...
