TMZ is reporting that legal documents were filed Thursday, Jan. 21 in Alaska demanding that Levi pay $1750 per month in child support to Bristol for care of their son Tripp -- retroactive to his birth in Dec. 2008.If our math is correct... carry the 1... Levi Johnston owes Bristol Palin roughly $23,000 in child support.
Start forking over your Playgirl money, Levi.
There are two different stories as to how much Levi has paid Bristol so far. According to Bristol, Levi had paid her only $4400 over the span of Tripp's life -- made in two payments on Sept. 9, 2009 and Dec. 19, 2009.
Johnston's manager Tank is saying that Levi has paid $10,000 to her over the 13 months of Tripp's life.
According to Bristol's legal documents, she believes Levi has made $100,000+ this past year from his media appearances, interviews and photo spreads.
We're sure the truth is somewhere in the middle.

Bristol Palin does not get to "demand" anything. A court will decided how much Levi is to pay. My God, the ignorance of the Palin family continues.
Unless there was a court or administrative order for support, Levi did not legally owe her one red cent. And people can spare me the moral BS, since that has no legal backing in court and is irrelevant.
Bristol should've gone for a child support order immediately when the child was born. While she MIGHT get back to birth, it's not always a guarantee. Child support is not a windfall, meaning you can file for it and expect to get tons of back support. That's NOT how it works.

FTR Bristol Palin both has a job and is going to school and working it all around her babys schedule. Maybe Johnson doesnt owe her anything but he owes his child support from the time the child comes into the world until the child is 18 - thats it. Even if she "tricked" him into having a child the child is here and needs food, clothes, medical care & its the job of both parents to provide it - Bristols doing her part.
Such a classy girl made a mistake that will haunt her forever.

For one, Bristol Palin made a mistake like thousands of unwed girls. 2- Levi likes to make comments about the Palin family but i reality, he is a lousy father, deadbeat dad who doesn't contribute money. He made money for playgirl or playboy & he has to support the child whether he wants to or not, that is the law. 3- Why doesn't he get a job? 4- Enough with the retard jokes about Sarah Palin's little boy. I hope none of you ever have a child like that now or in grandchildren. It was not his fault that he was born like that. Have some compassion. 5- Just because most of you hate the Palin's, stop bashing Bristol. She is working, bringing home some money & taking care of her child. She didn't put the baby on some doorstep like thousands of unwed mothers. She is taking responsibility. Are you people that stupid that you have to bash her, the babies, her family but not Levi? Just for the record, i haven't heard any crap from Levi about Bristol. Just about Sarah, most surely deserved.
