Jessica Biel in 'Vogue': Beauty is 'really a part I play'

jessica-biel-vogue.jpgJessica Biel is gracing the cover of the latest issue of Vogue. In the interview she addresses her beauty facade, wanting to diversify herself as an actress and her friendship with her "Valentine's Day" co-star Jennifer Garner. Check out this behind-the-scenes video of her "Vogue" cover shoot.

"When I see myself in pictures with makeup on, even to this day, I think it looks weird. My eyes get squintier and smaller. On the red carpet, I'm playing a character. As soon as I get off that thing Ithink, Oof wipe that gloss off. I'm wiping and wiping and pulling my hair out and trying to change my outfit. I'm immediately trying to get comfortable. It's really a part I play."

If there's any star we think legitimately isn't into the beauty/girlie thing, it's Jessica Biel. Girlfriend just got back from climbing Mr. Kilimanjaro to raise awareness for the world's lack of clean drinking water.

"Valentine's Day" is her newest project, due in theaters on Feb. 12. Biel had this to say about co-star Jennifer Garner, "The first scene that I did with her, she was drunk in the scene. It's hard to play drunk, not to overdo it. But she did it in such a subtle, real, kind of pathetic but very, very deeply funny way. I was, take one, totally impressed."

Are you excited for "Valentine's Day?" We sure are, it looks like a funnier, less-depressing "Love Actually." (We adore "Love Actually," but it was quite the three hanky movie at times.)
