Some of Hollywood's hottest beards are coming out in the open. No, not that kind of beard.

We're talking actual facial hair, people. Get your minds out of the tabloid gutter.

Surely you noticed more beards on actors lately. It's like Attack of the Beards at premieres, parties and award shows.

Let's talk about "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson's newly sprouted beard on the "Hope for Haiti Now" telethon. And "Mad Men" hunk Jon Hamm's new lumber jackesque old growth at Sundance. Not to mention Brad Pitt's increasingly bizarre beaded Fu Manchu beard (no wonder Angelina Jolie's fed up) and dapper George Clooney's sudden fuzzy-wuzzy Santa Claus face.
