The New York Daily News has quotes from several anonymous former staff members from "The Tyra Show" regarding what it's like working with Ms. Banks. The higher-ups say working with Tyra Banks was fine. The underlings say Tyra "could be extremely brutal."What's that "Harry Potter" quote? Oh yeah... "If you want to know what a man's like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals."
There had been high turnover of employees for years. [Tyra] and the higher-ups on the production staff could be extremely brutal. She really is a diva.
Tyra made headlines Monday (Dec. 28) when she announced that her talk show "The Tyra Show" would be ending in 2010 after five years of being on the air. Apparently this came as news to many staff members, as Tyra told the media before she even told those involved with her show.
Merry Christmas! You're fired.
We have to say... we're shocked (SHOCKED) that it turns out Tyra is difficult to work with.

When Tyra transformed to a demonic diva on that poor girl in that picture you guys have, I knew we had seen the true face of Tyra. Talk about capturing a true reality moment on TV...

Oh Please. Why is everyone so shocked? I worked for the Show and reported directly to the "higher-ups" AND Tyra. Quite frankly, she really is indifferent to everyone's feelings. Of course all her execs will "Yes" her. It makes sense that she wants things done her way; HOWEVER, when you have total disregard for common decency, proffesionalism and respect- odds are: you ARE a b*tch.
But rest assured, although Tyra has forbidden all tabloids within her proximity; therefore, perhaps unaware of her tarnished reputation...she will one day have to deal with the laws of life: Karma.
Folks, we are all human. But it is an idiot who doesn't learn from their mistakes. And it looks like Ms. Banks keeps repeating the same actions...ask the LA staff.
