Tiger Woods dropped by AT&T! No more iPhone mistress sexts?
Troubled golf superstar Tiger Woods just got dropped by AT&T, one of his biggest sponsors.
AT&T did not explain why they're ending the sponsorship with Tiger, according to TMZ.
But an AT&T statement released Thursday (Dec. 31) said the company will still sponsor the AT&T National PGA Tour event, which Woods has previously hosted.
Neither Woods nor his reps have commented.
The Dish Rag wonders if this means he won't be able to use his IPhone to get sexts? Bummer.
AT&T follows Accenture dropping Woods from its ad campaigns, Swiss watch maker Tag Heuer cutting the golf superstar from its ads in the U.S. and Proctor and Gamble no longer using Woods in Gillette men's personal grooming ads.
So where is Tiger mourning, er, spending New Year's Eve?
The Tiger Hunt continues in Palm Beach, Florida. His yacht, "Privacy," is docked about five miles north of the wealthy Florida enclave.
Mistress No. 1, Rachel Uchitel, was reportedly spotted with Tiger at a swanky Palm Beach club. And she certainly could have snuck onto his yacht. But Rachel, cornered by TV cameras, refused to make any comment.
Asked by a female reporter if she had any news on where Tiger is, Rachel said she is trying to live her life and would appreciate it if reporters would not bother her while she's in Palm Beach. Seriously.
