Senator Max Baucus tipsy on the Senate floor? Or just really tired?
This video of Senator Max Baucus of Montana speaking out in favor of health care reform on the Senate floor has created quite a stir online. The senator seems to slur a few words and occasionally mumble-bumbles and repeats things as he takes Republicans to task for their opposing stance on health care reform.
Some allege that he was tipsy. Some say he was only tired. And we believe them. Health care reform is exhausting!
But he talks so fast, we had to watch this video twice to decide.
What do you think?

I think there is no dought that he has been drinking or is drugged. It is ridiculous to deny it after watching him wave his arms around and bob his head. Turn off the sound and watch and it is even more obvious.
He know thi shealthcare reform is terrible for th ecountry and just wants to share the blame with someone.
good for you Baucus, drunk tired or not, at least he told it like it really is! :)
This is a good example of why we need to make abortions legal. This guy is a total waste of life.
"americangirl" what is it you really know about the situation? Tell us! Maybe "uninformed americangirl" suits you better.
