Pregnant Michelle Duggar airlifted to Arkansas hospital
Michelle Duggar, the "18 Kids and Counting" mom, was rushed to the hospital -- but not to give birth to her 19th child.The pregnant reality TV mom was only having gallbladder problems. Whew!
"This weekend, Michelle Duggar was admitted to an Arkansas hospital due to gallbladder issues," a rep for TLC, which airs "18 Kids and Counting," told People. "The pain from a gallstone was generating some contractions. Just to be safe, she was airlifted a Little Rock, Ark., hospital, so that in the unlikely event that she had to be delivered early, she would be close to a NICU center. Though there were some fears that the baby was in trouble initially, it soon was discovered to be solely the gallstone causing the discomfort. Michelle is resting comfortably, and the baby is doing fine"
The mama will hopefully be back with her brood soon after staying in the hospital for observation. So far, the doctors have been managing her pain with medication, so they won't have to operate until after the birth of the newest Duggar.
That's a relief!
As it stands now, the Michelle and husband Jim Bob are the parents to Joshua (married), twins Jana & John-David, 19; Jill, 18; Jessa, 16; Jinger, 15; Joseph, 14; Josiah, 13; Joy-Anna, 11; twins Jedidiah and Jeremiah, 10; Jason, 9; James, 8; Justin, 6; Jackson, 5; Johanna, 3; Jennifer, 2, and Jordyn-Grace, 11 months.
Their eldest Joshua, just welcomed a baby girl with his wife Anna.

Glad to hear that it's not too serious. I often wonder how much her body can take. This is her seventeenth pregnancy and she's over 40 which makes pregnancy more high risk. That's a lot for one body to go through.
This family creeps me out. They're popping kids out like litters if puppies. And they're stuck in an early 90's fashion time warp while Michelle's hair is stuck in the 80's. Love her flock of seagulls.

AmericanEagleJRL, Rebecca is correct. Michelle has had 17 pregnancies (counting her current one and excluding miscarriges). She gave birth to twins twice. Rebecca DOES know how to count! Do you??

Why do we put these families on TV that use the mother's womb like a slot machine jackpot?
I love you guys!!! I don't quiet agree with the not dancing or wearing shorts.....but thats your decision and i respect that!! I just love your family and your show!!!!!
Why do the Duggers and TLC refuse to say how much they earn on the show? What are the kids doing with the money they hold for their education, if no one plans to go to college?
I agree madison......why do people so like to judge others..I feel this family has so many great points about life.and the way they bring up there children .many parents should take a lesson from them.. they dont sponge off the welfare systems so leave them be.
