It's another "Merry Christmas! Call 911!" story -- Charlie Sheen reportedly spent Christmas in a Colorado jail following a domestic dispute. A source close to Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller told Radaronline that Sheen was arrested following a domestic violence incident wherein the couple argued, Sheen pushed Mueller and she called the police.
Sheen was arrested on counts of felony second degree assault, felony menacing and misdemeanor criminal mischief. Sheen will remain in jail until he goes before a judge
We guess "Christmas in Jail" isn't just a cliche for television programs.
Sheen had flown to Colorado to spend Christmas with Brooke and his twin sons -- Mueller has rented a house in Colorado for three months while Charlie has been back in Los Angeles. The couple has been together since 2007, with their twin sons Bob and Max born in March 2009.
