Report: Brooke Mueller's blood alcohol higher than Charlie Sheen's
It's now being reported that Charlie Sheen's third wife Brooke Mueller was legally drunk when she called 911 on her husband on Christmas morning.
And that choking allegation? She's told police that it's bogus.
TMZ's sources say cops gave both Charlie and Brooke blood alcohol tests. Brooke was .13 while Charlie registered .04. How is that even possible?
The legal limit is .08 for a first driving offense in Colorado so thank heavens she wasn't behind the wheel of a Range Rover.

Brooke admitted to a female officer that she was lying about the choking, explaining she was drunk when she made the 911 call.
Sheen was arrested after Brooke claimed he assaulted her and booked for two felonies and one misdemeanor relating to domestic violence.
Charlie has already lawyered up and he's told law enforcement Brooke was the aggressor and he was just trying to defend himself. Darn good thing she didn't find his golf clubs, that's all we can say.
Wait, she'd had enough to blow a .14 at 8:34 on Christmas morning? That's a lot of Mimosas. We know this is the season to be jolly but that's just ridiculous.
What was the fight about? Did someone forget to wrap a present? And where were their 9 month-old twin sons, Bob and Max? This was their first Christmas. Gee thanks, Mom and Dad.

I know that Charlie Sheen is no saint, but Brooke doesn't seem much like one herself, judging from this story and others.
Why do people stay in such relationships? Obviously they hate each other, why even try to get back together? There is NO future with anyone who would lie about something like that to put their partner in jail, on Christmas, no less. Anyone who hooks up with her now is a complete IDIOT.
Sheen wasn't drunk, .04 is not drunk (that's like 1 bottle of beer). While he may be partially to blame, most of the fault is Brooke's. You know someone has a drinking problem if they are drunk at 8:30 AM (especially on Christmas morning).
