Report: Brittany Murphy's will leaves estate to mom Sharon Murphy

It looks like Brittany Murphy left her estate to her mother, Sharon Murphy.

The house Brittany owned was in a  trust created years before she met husband Simon Monjack and his name is not listed on the title.

But it's not a done deal. 

According to TMZ, it's not yet known if Murphy amended her will with a codicil after she got married.
