Tiger Woods removes reader comments off his website. Affairs, what affairs?
Attention, Tiger Woods' fans.
Your golfing hero and Associated Press' Athlete of the Decade apparently doesn't want to hear what you think about his alleged adulterous affairs with a baker's dozen of cocktail waitresses and strippers. So shut it!
Radaronline is reporting that the champion golfer has shut down the reader comments on his website.
Why? The Dish Rag suspects that Tiger (or his handlers) didn't much care for all the criticism and scolding. So fans can no longer mouth off and previously posted negative comments about Tiger and his marriage have been deleted.
Like this one: "What a phony!!! Anything you say from now on will make me puke. You don't deserve the family you have brought so much pain and suffering to."
The Dear Tiger Q&As tone has drastically changed.
One fan writes: "As a parent, I would just like to thank you for the positive influence you have had on my two boys. They reference your work ethic often, and I am thankful every day that they follow you."
Anyone else need some Pepto-Bismol?
Perhaps Tiger can give his fans tips on the pitfalls of cheating. And we'd kind of think a special Tiger's Tail section separating fact from fiction could be helpful to us bloggers. Just suggesting.
