Taylor Swift didn't sing about Joe Jonas, Taylor Lautner or Kanye West on 'SNL'?
Taylor Swift's opening monologue for "Saturday Night Live" has been buzzed about for weeks. But it was still surprising.
"I have wanted to host this show ever since I was a little kid," Taylor explained. "I'm so excited and nervous." And then, as she usually does when she's excited and nervous, she sang a song about it.
She admits that she often writes songs based on her real life, for instance, "douche bags who cheat on me." But there were certain people who were off-limits in this song.
Like who?
"You might think I'd bring up [Joe Jonas]," she sang. "That guy who broke up with me on the phone. But I'm not gonna mention him. 'Hey, Joe. I'm doing really well.'"
She kept singing, "If you're wondering if I might be dating that werewolf from 'Twilight,' I'm not gonna talk about that," as she playfully waved and mouthed "I love you" to the camera.
And she didn't talk about Kanye West either. But she had a security team this time lining the stage.
Way to go, Taylor. Well sung!

Well if it wasn't SNL, than what show was it? Whatever the case she ws great in the 4 minute segment I saw.

omg i am getting so sick and tired of this. i am so sorry to the taylor fans, but i just wanna get this off my chest. why in the world did she have to put joe on blast. i think she wanted to just be funny or make fun of him. but wh ywould she bring something so old up. get over it. it is part of life and if he really did cheat on you move on with your life. i completely understand. it's ok. it's part of life. don't be immature about it. iam def not hating on her. she is doing it big. and plus i don't think joe even care wnymore cause it is old news. and kanye. i think that was a bad move. cause kanye would probably end up dissing her on one of his songs so bad. sorry but he usually does and does not care. but he deserve what she did to kanye. i guess the rest was funny. whatever.well that's all i wanted to say. peace ;)

Okay, the skit was supposed to be funny people. By the way, Joe J did break up with her over the phone. In my eyes that makes him a douchebag. And Kanye deserve anything thrown his way. Most of the time the hosts of SNL are making light of themselves, and I am sure it was SNLs idea to write a song about these guys. To no longer a fan and babygurl.....grow up and get a life. Great job Taylor, and remeber, doing well is the best revenge!
Putting Kanye West and Taylor Lautner in her monologue, I understand (both being recent events in her life). But girl, it's been over a year... time to get over the Joe obsession, everybody else has, and it only makes ya look bad.
