Report: Jon Gosselin to be questioned in court by TLC lawyers on Dec. 14. Hailey Glassman too?
TLC has filed a preliminary injunction against "Jon & Kate plus 8" star Jon Gosselin
in their breach of contract lawsuit against the father of eight.
RadarOnline.com reports Jon is required to appear Dec. 14 in a Maryland courtroom. He will undoubtedly be questioned under oath about breach of contract, exclusivity and confidentiality clauses, his outside income and more.
And it already sounds like a reality show.
The judge has already given TLC permission to depose Jon's girlfriend Hailey Glassman.
Oh, goodie. More couples counseling.

shame on mary hart and et. they should have known that he was doing something wrong. why is it that mary hart did not ask jon if he had cleared things with tlc in order to be on her show. you sent a crew to film jon on the day of the twins b/day right after jon told the world that it was unhealthy for tlc to film his children.
I don't get it. Everyone is "shaming" everyone except TLC. At this point, we are all tired of the exploitation of this family and their situation. Do we really need TLC to continue holding Jon Gosselin responsible for breach of contract? Just so TLC can keep making money off the exploitation of this troubled family? Show some class, TLC. Just write it off as a bad investment and leave this family alone now so they can work on their problems and protect their children from further harm of the media and greedy networks like you. You really need to change your name to TEC, The Exploitation Channel. C'mon everyone; haven't you had enough of this?
And one more thing. Not to take any sides here but if you're gonna hate on Jon, hate on Kate as well. They are BOTH despicable human beings right now. It took TWO to get this far. Jon is an a** for his poor decisions and actions and Kate is a b*itch for being mean to her kids and humiliating to her husband. How sexist can we all be holding Jon accountable for everything and pretending that Kate is the perfect wife and mother? Gimme a break.
I don't understand why the Gosselins would have allowed an exclusivity clause in their contract. I guess that as amateurs they were so enamored with the financials that they were willing to grant exclusivity. Be that as it may, a deal is a deal and JoGo ignored his entire side of it. However, courts don't like contract clauses that keep a person from making a living, subject to reasonable non-compete protection.
I always amazed Kate fans how much anger, bitterness, and vengeance people have against Jon. Are people really bored in their lives they have the energy to have so much anger? Who cares if Jon wins or loses. TLC already lost millions and millions when Jon pulled the kids from the show. Everybody go and find a new tv show.
