Rachel Uchitel -- the alleged "other woman" in golf legend Tiger Woods' life -- is winging her way to Los Angeles to meet with her new attorney, Gloria Allred.Something about the Enquirer and something called libel?
TMZ caught up with Rachel outside her NYC apartment early this

she only said, "I really wish I could talk to you," but she packs
admirably light and looked hot in skin-tight jeans (gripping a great
butt), knee high boots and long flowing brunette hair.
