Mariah Carey trips on Leno, blames her shoes. Bad shoes!

Was it the high heels?

Or was it the skintight dress and over-boosted bosom that made Mariah Carey topple, almost trip and fall on her face during Monday night's "Jay Leno Show"? 

She made a great recovery, if you ask us. 

The acclaimed performer, who is starring in the highly anticipated motion picture "Precious," showed Jay the errant shoes and insisted that she actually choreographed that cute little stumble. 

And we believe her. We have a feeling it can't be easy walking in those Diva heels.
