Levi Johnston's mom Sherry gets five years for selling Oxycontin
Sherry Johnston, mother of pseudo-celebrity Levi Johnston, has been sentenced to five years in prison for selling Oxycontin to a police informant.
Levi went home Friday to Alaska to be with his mother for her sentencing. Radaronline spoke with Levi's manager Tank Jones, who said, "Levi was with his mom in court today, and he's doing great. She got sentenced to five years with two suspended, but he's doing ok."
Last December, Sherry was charged with six felony counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance, which is a Class A felony. Class A felonies carry sentences of five to eight years; Johnston was given a shorter sentence because she has no priors and because of the small quantity of the drug she had on her when she was busted.
Poor Alaska. First the USPS takes away Santa Claus and now Levi Johnston has returned?
