Levi Johnston's mom Sherry gets five years for selling Oxycontin

Sherry Johnston, mother of pseudo-celebrity Levi Johnston, has been sentenced to five years in prison for selling Oxycontin to a police informant.
Last December, Sherry was charged with six felony counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance, which is a Class A felony. Class A felonies carry sentences of five to eight years; Johnston was given a shorter sentence because she has no priors and because of the small quantity of the drug she had on her when she was busted.
Poor Alaska. First the USPS takes away Santa Claus and now Levi Johnston has returned?

Levi, stay strong. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your Family.
Poor Mom. A dumb mistake, and no worthy of 3 YEARS in jail. Should be nothing more than some probation.
Good grief, can this family get any worse? What a train wreck.
People who think that what the mother did is some small thing should look at the comments on www.banoxycontin.com. OxyContin is legal heroin and the pills she sold may have addicted others or even caused deaths. We deal with the problems created by this drug daily.
