Jon & Kate Gosselin divorce terms final

Thank god. I hope she took him for all its worth. He is a douchebag and will be sitting alone in a crappy apartment in 3 months wondering what happened to himself and his life. He lost everything he had before he realized it. D-bag

I watched the show and enjoyed it till I figured out who these 2 were fooling. The audience. I lost interest after June. I feel sorry for the children not having a normal childhood with 2 selfish, self centered parents.

I do read online what they're up to and am annoyed at all the attention they are getting. This will affect the children later on in life.

Everyone should boycott TLC for showing this garbage and any future shows with this woman who calls herself "mother". She is never home and someone else is raising the children. Do you ever see any of their friends or family around?

Kate was a cold and nasty wife to Jon. She was the stereotypical ball-and-chain draining every ounce of life out of her husband with her snide remarks and hostility. She is just as dreadful and self-serving as Jon. But after years of abuse from that woman, who can blame Jon for cutting loose a little? They are both better off without each other. And most importantly, TV viewers are much better off without them.

Oh come on how can you say Kate is to blame, Jon was apparently the child, who would never go up, Kate was the parent of these to. I am tired of every one coming down on her, everyone out there would do the same thing as them, for the money, who ever says they would not is a liar. I applaud her from being the smart one, and securing hers and the children's future.

Hooray for Kate! Jon treated her horribly and I don't blame her for working to secure the future for herself and her children. If that is self-serving, then so be it. If Jon had been a man and helped Kate, she wouldn't have had to nag him. Nothing Kate did justifies adultery on Jon's part.

Yay! I'm just glad they're going off the air! I hope they both stay off. Maybe the kids can get more normalcy after a few years "cooling period."

Jon is the type of man that women have to tell him to act like a man, less he acts like an irrisponsible child. Hailey treats him WORSE than Kate and no one is talking about that. Jon is the type of man who is not responsible enough to be in a marriage. Kate had no choice but to tell him what to do. All the responsibility was on her sholders, and with 8 children, it must be very sad to have a man buy one's side that must be told not to play with toys. Hope Kate gets the house, the children and alimony. Jon loves himself best of all, so walking out empty handed is what he diserves. Saying "I miss my kids' yet not being 'present' when he is with them plus moving to another state, spending all his time lying to unsuspecting women, denotes just exactly who Jon Gosselin is.

As for the children, anyone who pays attention, can tell the children are well grounded, cared for, and loved. One can also tell the show has afforded this children the opportunity to travel and be able to grow up with their mother (and father, until he chose to leave), they have been privilaged to have a life all children should. Glad Kate understands that and gave these opportunities to her children. Well done for Kate.

So, Jon shows up to court with a dozen roses? Just another publicity stunt, and it looks like Kate wasn't buying it! He should have made his apologies to Kate for his crude behavior, in private, a long time ago...not via the media and tabloids. She would have appreciated that a lot more, than the phony, photo op flowers. He is STILL such a jerk! I don't know how he will be able to afford child support. What money he hasn't blown already, that sleazy lawyer of his will get.Within 6 months of the divorce Jon will be taking Kate back to court trying to get alimony. Naturally, since he is "too famous" to work at a real job, and has no talent anyway, how is he going to earn a living? Being lazy and unambitous, on top of his celebrity status makes, makes him deadly in the employment market. He gives new meaning to the words idiot and loser!

Jon did not cheat until Kate called it quits and told him she wanted the divorce. Let's just tell the truth. Kate did not love Jon or want to be married. She refused to work on the marriage.

Jon's a passive aggressive loser. So glad Kate gets primary custody, she has her kids best interests, where Jon only is interested in Jon, booze, bimbos and babbling at his fence line. Team Kate and HER 8, and Team TLC, hope TLC wipes that arrogance off of his face.
