Jennifer Lopez jokes about her AMA fall: 'I meant to do that!'
Jennifer Lopez meant to slip and fall. Seriously. But not seriously.She joked with Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio show. "Did I trip a little bit?" she asked when Seacrest mentioned the AMA tumble. "I don't even remember."
Lopez's misstep happened when she was on top of a pyramid of bare-chested boy dancers and jumped off one's back - always a tricky move -- landing on her infamous bottom and bouncing back with aplomb like she was on a trampoline.
Lopez added, "I meant to do that. What are you talking about? Don't you know me better than that? It was part of the choreography!"
Then she turned philosophical: "The measure of things is, it's not what happens when you fall, it's how you handle it when you fall."
We like that. It would actually make a great song. Write that one, JLo.
