Heidi Klum becomes Heidi Samuel as she takes husband Seal's surname

After four years of marriage and four children, model Heidi Klum is officially Heidi Samuel.
Her reason? Marriage. The couple was married on May 10, 2005 and Klum gave birth to their fourth child, daughter Lou, just six weeks ago. Guess she decided it was time to officially take her husband's surname, though there is no word as to whether she'll be known professionally as Heidi Samuel.
Heidi also made recent headlines when she gave a surprise walk down the Victoria's Secret fashion show runway.
