Does Uma Thurman work as a stay-at-home mom in 'Motherhood'?

We're not sure we buy Uma Thurman as a frazzled, unfulfilled, stay-at-home mom in the upcoming comedy "Motherhood." 

She is -- after all -- engaged to a handsome Swiss entrepreneur in real life and has a glam, designer-dudded, jet set lifestyle.

Still, the film looks cute and it will definitely have an audience, even if it's not the geeky, teen boy audience she used to enjoy in her "Kill Bill" days. 

And we can totally understand why Uma's character wouldn't want to have a nanny, right? 

Ex-husband Ethan Hawke is married to their former nanny.

But that's probably another movie.
