TLC sues Jon Gosselin for breach of contract
Jon Gosselin is gonna need more than hair plugs and
liposuction when TLC is finished with him.
First, an ugly and contentious divorce from his wife, Kate Gosselin.
Now the network says it's suing Gosselin for breaching his contract as star of the reality show "Jon & Kate Plus 8."

It's interesting that TLC is only going after Jon when Kate has been all over the place doing interviews too. Seems they are angry that he won't allow them to film his kids any more.
Jon was right to take the kids off the show, doesn't matter what the reason is, by booting him off the show they are damaging his relations with his kids, and only he has the right to do that.
It's about time. This guy is a loser. Kate is better off without him. I'm sure she'll have a great career ahead of her without this "dead fish' hanging on.

It is time that someone stop this moron from destroying his family. According to the lawsuit, he breached his contract early on the morals clause by being caught on camera with his bimbos. He has done more this year to damage his children than a lifetime of filming. He is mentally challeged and actually believes he is a star, in fact more famous than Paris Hilton.
Kate keep up the good work with the kids, let Jon drag his bimbo around, away from you and the kids.
Anyone can afford a better lawyer than Jon. Heller went with Jon on Larry King Live. When Jon was questioned about being photographed with Deanna H after leaving a bar very late, Jon said, what do you want me to do, drive home drunk?
Jon is done for.
Kate cried about no having money to pay her bills, but then 1/2 later said she plans of buying a ring with 12 diamonds with a huge diamond in the middle, costing more then $1,000. Both of these "parents" need to get themselves together, cancel the show, COMPLETELY separate, and spend time with their kids instead of crying on national television.
