Ryan Seacrest's alleged stalker Chidi Uzomah arrested at E! offices

Ryan Seacrest's alleged stalker -- Chidi Uzomah -- who attacked Ryan's security guard last month outside an Orange County hospital, has been arrested by the LAPD after trying to get in to see Ryan at the E! building today.

Uzomah reportedly had a knife on him both days.

TMZ reports that Uzomah went to the lobby and asked to see Seacrest. E! called the LAPD.

Uzomah -- who is 6-foot-4 and 200 pounds, and kinda hard to miss -- pleaded guilty last month in the O.C. hospital incident to three misdemeanors. The judge put him on three years probation and ordered him to stay away from the "American Idol" host.

Ryan's camp fears Uzomah poses a danger to the host and wants him kept away from Ryan permanently.
