Who is that Goth couple spotted hanging out in Paris? British comedian Russell Brand and his rumored new love, singer Katy Perry.
Are they really dating? Brand's rep had no comment. Perry's rep is also mum.
Plus Perry tweeted on her Twitter, "I've got a secret. HUGE news coming in a couple days!!!"

Russell Brand, the first time I heard him do his thing on one of our late night talk shows, I was enormously impressed. Americans have been Anglophiles for a very long time judging from the British Invasion, Petula Clark, Dusty Springfield, Graham Nash and running up to Lily Allen and Dido. This man is brilliant and has a trigger finger wit to go along with the British vernacular we seem to be drawn to in the States. I do not know if he would require a clean up but consider the fact that we have 3 hosts with issues. If one exits, and Russell can work with others, I would be happy to have him as the New Face On Broadway.
