Nicole Richie gets a restraining order against pappers! Good luck with that.

ActressNi_Jean_55986470_600 Nicole Richie now has a temporary restraining order against two paparazzi who slammed into her car earlier this month, according to TMZ.

A lawyer in Mark Geragos' firm convinced the court that pappers Ivon Miguel and Bam Bam are a danger to the celebrity mom.

Bam Bam? One of the guys' names is BAM BAM?

The two were ordered to stay 100 yards away from Nicole and have no contact -- direct or indirect -- with her, her kids or her staff.

Joel Madden is not protected by this temporary order, which seems a slight oversight.

Clicking thru to the actual restraining orders, they prohibit the two from owning a gun, and require them to sell all guns they own within 24 hours of being served AND provide proof to the court within 48 hours of being served.

Maybe it's because I'm from Arkansas and not California, but isn't that unconstitutional, especially in a preliminary order issued without any notice or opportunity for hearing beforehand--regardless of whether or not the Second Amendment applies? It's one thing for a court to say "don't buy a gun" or "don't bring a gun within X feet of this person" in a TRO; but ordering you to SELL property you ALREADY legally own (gun or not), with NO advance notice or hearing whatsoever (the deadline for selling any guns is BEFORE the hearing on the TRO itself), is a blatant violation of private property rights.
